Our school has many societies and clubs that a student can wish to join.

Each year a new form is given to every student in the IGCSE and the Advanced Level classes.

Each student has the choice of joining 2 societies or clubs.

The most popular society is the debating society where every member has to debate on various world topics.

Debates are scheduled every 2 months where the group is divided into 2 teams and are given a topic.

One team is in favor and the other is against.

Such societies and clubs really help boost a student’s confidence not only in public speaking but in the everyday life. The clubs and societies include the following:

Debating society

Chess club

Scrabble club

Sports society

Tae Kwan-Do club

Marketing Department

Islamic Society

Drama Society

To help students learn about the structure of drama and literature, the group is given a scenario where they are instructed to make and record their decisions about character, sequence and problem.

We start each of these sessions by reviewing how groups can work together by brainstorming, getting ideas from everyone, and reaching consensus for the scenario.

Marketing Department:

The Marketing Department is a newly established department where students and the Head of Marketing get involved in researching and developing various business markets in Karachi.

This department is exclusively for the Advanced Levels.

Competition is extremely competitive to be able to enter the department.

Every year the Head of Marketing searches students and finds the most able and determined pupils to be involved in running the department, along with helping the school generate revenue.

This year’s marketing department was headed by Mr. Abdul Warris, the head of the management department.

Mr. Warris chose two of the most outstanding school students to help lead the department to success.
